Welcome to JevKit ("we", "us", or "our"). JevKit is an AI-powered judgment automation platform. By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, or otherwise using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

JevKit provides automated judgment processing using the Jev API. Our service processes text inputs and returns deterministic judgments (options, scores, or probabilities) for fields you specify.
Service Nature: This service is a digital SaaS product. Payment confirmation grants immediate access. Due to the instant delivery nature of digital services, refunds are subject to specific limitations as outlined in Section 7.
AI Model Dependency: JevKit uses the Jev API (console.typesafe.ai) as its underlying AI model provider. Service performance may be affected by Jev API's operational status.

We offer subscription plans to access our service. Current plans and pricing are available at /pricing. We reserve the right to modify plan features or introduce new plans at any time.
5.1 Auto-Renewal Authorization: By providing a payment method and subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize JevKit to charge your payment method periodically for the corresponding subscription fee. This periodic authorization remains in effect until you cancel your subscription.
5.2 Tax: Unless otherwise stated, all prices exclude applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.). We will collect and remit relevant taxes where required by law.
5.3 Payment Processor: All payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, Waffo Pancake. We do not store complete card numbers on our servers.

7.3 How to Request a Refund: Send refund requests to refunds@jevkit.com with your account email, transaction ID, and reason. We will confirm within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact billing@jevkit.com before contacting your bank. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
9.1 Output Ownership: AI-generated content ("Output Content") produced from your inputs belongs to you, subject to compliance with these Terms. You may use Output Content for any lawful purpose permitted in Section 10.
9.2 Input License: By submitting content ("Input Content") to our service, you grant JevKit a limited, non-exclusive license solely for providing the service to you. We will not use your Input Content for AI model training without your explicit consent.
9.3 AI Output Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying output content before relying on it.

Your use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy at /privacy. Payment card data is handled exclusively by Waffo Pancake, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, and is not stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. JEVKIT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY JUDGMENTS. AI OUTPUTS MAY BE INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OR OUTDATED.
DO NOT USE AI OUTPUTS FOR LEGAL, MEDICAL, FINANCIAL, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. Always verify with qualified professionals before acting on AI-generated content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JEVKIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, are suspected of fraud, or are required by law. If we terminate for reasons not attributable to your breach, you will receive a pro-rated refund for unused prepaid portions. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@jevkit.com.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JevKit operates. Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact legal@jevkit.com to attempt informal resolution.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.
