1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines acceptable practices for using JevKit, an AI-powered judgment automation platform. By using our service, you agree to comply with this policy.
2. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories
JevKit explicitly prohibits using our service to generate, process, or assist with the following six categories of content:
- Sexual / NSFW Content: Pornographic or sexually explicit material
- Violence / Gore: Violent or graphic content
- Hate Speech: Content promoting hatred or discrimination
- Child Safety (CSAM): Any content sexualizing or exploiting minors
- Deepfake / Impersonation: Content impersonating real individuals without consent
- Copyright / Trademark Infringement: Content violating intellectual property rights
2.1 Zero Tolerance — Immediate Action
The following will result in immediate action and may be reported to authorities:
- Child sexual exploitation content (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
- Content promoting or assisting terrorism, extremism, or mass violence
- Instructions for creating weapons of mass destruction
- Content advocating genocide or ethnic hatred
- Non-consensual deepfake sexual content targeting real individuals
2.2 General Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use JevKit to:
- Generate illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content
- Generate or spread disinformation or rumors
- Impersonate real individuals, brands, or organizations
- Create deepfake or impersonation content
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy rights, or publicity rights
- Present AI-generated content as human professional advice (doctors, lawyers, financial advisors)
- Bulk generate spam or fraudulent content
- Use jailbreak prompts to bypass safety mechanisms
- Process personal data without proper consent or in violation of privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Resell API access without authorization or exceed rate limits
- Attempt to reverse engineer, crawl, or replicate our service functionality
- Attempt to overwhelm, crash, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
3. Content Moderation
JevKit employs a multi-layer moderation system combining automated detection with human review.
3.1 Automated Moderation (Real-time)
All inputs and outputs are scanned in real-time by safety filters:
- Input Filtering: Keyword, semantic, and intent analysis of prompts
- Output Filtering: Real-time safety assessment of generated content
- Usage Pattern Analysis: Monitoring for abnormal API usage behavior
- Safety Models Used: Jev API built-in safety mechanisms plus proprietary filters
3.2 Human Review
- Auto-flagged content enters human review queue
- User-reported content is investigated by our Trust & Safety team
- Review team completes content safety training and signs confidentiality agreements
3.3 Periodic Audits
- Random sampling review conducted monthly
- Regular evaluation and optimization of automated moderation accuracy
